3. Estimates & Appointments
Estimates are based on initial descriptions and may change after inspection. Appointments are confirmed based on availability and service location.

4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for certain parts or jobs.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and accessible space for vehicle service
• Share accurate vehicle information
• Ensure the vehicle is located in a safe, legal working area

6. Liability
We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing vehicle problems
• Hidden or undisclosed mechanical issues
• Damage resulting from prior repairs or aftermarket parts
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Parts & Warranty

• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied parts (if applicable).
• Installation warranty applies only to labor and does not cover misuse or pre-existing damage.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in fees.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome
Diagnostics are performed using professional tools, but final repair outcomes may depend on vehicle condition, prior repairs, or underlying issues.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
